Were Eichlers ever built in Palm Springs?
No they were never built in Palm Springs although some of the architects involved with Joseph Eichler did also design homes in the great Palm Springs area; A. Quincy Jones.
Can you build me a Desert Eichler on my specific lot, or help me find a lot to do this?
YES! We have and will do this for clients and currently have some in the works similar to this. KUD can help from start to finish as we have a full service brokerage team for all your real estate needs.
Do you have any Desert Eichlers available and how much are they?
The prices are always changing with a robust Palm Springs market and currently we have some new Palm Springs home projects in the works.
Can you build in my town?
We are always open to ideas in other areas, currently we have one under construction in Reno, NV but that is the farthest away we have traveled to date.
What floor plans do you have access to?
We currently have three stock floor plans that we’ve already brought up to code and can easily replicate. We have access to hundreds of other plans and with some time can come up with solutions for many various models, mostly by Claude Oakland and Anshen & Allen.
Can you build a Desert Eichler with a basement?
In Palm Springs a basement is not normal and most of these homes were built slab on grade. That being said, it can be done and we are open to the idea and helping you through the process if necessary.
