ACCEPTANCE (WITHIN 1 HOUR)

1. Send contract to escrow.

2. Send Buyer contact information to escrow.

3. Coordinate with buyer to get EMD in.

4. Order Home Inspection with Frank.

LENDER CHECKLIST

1. Confirm appraisal is ordered.

2. Confirm turn times for underwriting.

3. Confirm time to produce loan docs.

COMPLETE TRANSACTION

1. Get Seller Disclosures (Seller has 7 days to send)

2. Perform the following:

1. Home Inspection
2. Request for Repairs
3. AVID

3. Release inspection contingency.

4. Release appraisal contingency (if applicable)

5. Release loan contingency.

6. Buyer signs loan documents

7. Close escrow and give gift.
