5. Input all information into MLS with Stout Team as Agent 2
GO LIVE ON MLS
1. Schedule and facilitate showings
2. Receive offer(s)
4. Accept offer
5. Send contract to escrow and open file
6. Send disclosures to Buyers Agent (within first 7 days)
8. Negotiate repairs
9. Request contingency removals
10. Close escrow
